April 26, 2012 – According to reports singer Bobby Brown will not be going to jail in connection with his March 26th DUI arrest. According to officials Brown age 43 pleaded no contest to misdemeanor driving under the influence charges on Wednesday.
Officials said Brown was sentenced to three years and one day of probation, stemming from the stop on Victory Boulevard and Wilbur Avenue at approximately 12:20 p.m. Brown’s attorney Tiffany Feder said that Brown was talking on a cell phone, but was not driving erratically when he was stopped.
According to sources Brown had a blood alcohol level of .12 percent, while driving, which is over the .08 percent limit to drive in California.
